The 2009 event will be the eleventh year of the show. It has continued to grow and become one of the most popular and successful events in the area, resulting in record-breaking attendances last year.
This year is to be even better as the
event will include the All profits are distributed to charities that benefit the local area and local community projects. Attractions in the main arena this year include: · Hawksdrift Falconry · David Seamark Sheep Dog Demonstration · Vintage & Classic tractors and farm machinery · Carriage Driving Display · Vintage & Classic cars and motorcycles · White Horse Kite Flyers Around the showground there will be much more to intrigue and entertain the whole family. A favourite of many visitors is the Produce and Handicraft Marquee where entries from all ages and abilities are exhibited and later auctioned. These items show skills in photography, baking, gardening and other handiwork. Another regular attraction is the Poultry Show promoting different pure breeds.

Other fun-packed activities will return this year. There will be the chance to try angling, kite-flying and quad-biking or to watch Punch & Judy, Morris Men and craft demonstrators.
You can also enjoy the nostalgic sound and smell of steam alongside the reassuring beat of the preserved stationary engines and the gleaming collection of polished cars, motorcycles and tractors.
